Have you seen the Asian Longhorned beetle? This recent introduction to the U.S. has been spotted in NYC and other areas. This large insect kills trees! If you see it, contact the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station immediately 203.974.8474. Click on the image to see a male. The Film Ratings web site Film ratings provide viewers with a useful guide as to the amount of violence, sex, and strong language in a movie. They do not, however, necessarily indicate the appropriateness of a film for young viewers as far as subject matter. Parents and care givers should preview any movies they are not familiar with.
Similar ratings are now being applied to many television shows.
